Pesto Picnic
For dinner tonight, one of my house-mates and I set out on making a good use for some greens picked from our garden plot. Somewhat wilted, the arugula, mustard greens and swiss chard needed a good cause - which was found in three batches of pesto. Along with the rich paste, I roasted some corn as well as cauliflower for a Lebanese inspired dish, with a tart tahini dipping sauce.
Life is good.
